Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect both my time and other guests, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Deposits are non-refundable but will go toward your appointment time. If you miss your appointment or cancel at the last minute, the deposit cannot be transferred. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will not receive their deposit back. No-show appointments or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service. After a second no-show, future booking privileges will be revoked and you will no longer be able to schedule appointments.
